I am the LOCHE Endowed Professor of Law at Southern University Law Center (SULC) in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where I have taught for 20 years. I specialize in constitutional law, particularly in the criminal and religion areas, and also in Evidence and Professional Responsibility.
